For tickets purchased for the 2027 events on or after 1 July 2026:
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your attendance by notifying us in writing at registrations@nodramamedia.com.au.
- Cancellations received more than 60 days before the event will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.
Postponement:
- If No Drama Media postpones an event for any reason, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date (or, at our discretion, to a comparable event).
- Postponement does not entitle you to a refund. If you are unable to attend the new date, the standard cancellation terms above will apply based on the original event date.
- If No Drama Media cancels an event outright, we will either refund your ticket or offer alternative options for other events, at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available where an event is postponed or cancelled due to a Covid-related lockdown, government directive, border closure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Pre-Event Discount policy
- From time to time, we offer pre-event discounts. However, there are a few things to know about this.
- The discount is only valid as long as your payment is received pre-event or within the allocated time period for that discount code.
- If the payment is not received pre-event, the promoter reserves the right to:
- Deny access to the event unless we have been notified of a reason prior to entry.
- If we allow conference access and have not received payment one month after the event, the entire conference rate will be re-applied to your pass.
Payments
- All Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal transactions will incur a 2% surcharge.
- Any payment made via EFT is free of any further surcharges.
General
- Search Marketing Summit & Search Engine Boot-Camp are open to business professionals 18 years and over only.
- Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.
- No Drama Media Pty Ltd reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program.
- We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics.
- Unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
- You and your company consent to No Drama Media Pty Ltd recording via video/audio and/or photographing the event and using such items, including your likeness, in future promotions.
- No Drama Media Pty Ltd assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any Online Marketer participant while travelling to or from this event.
- The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by using our online registration system; follow the instructions below.

You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organisation at any time by notifying registrations@nodramamedia.com.au.
Reselling Search Marketing Summit or Search Engine Boot-Camp registrations is not permitted.

By registering for a No Drama Media event, you agree to receive e-mail notifications about future No Drama Media events, products and services. Just click the “unsubscribe” link in any email received to stop receiving notifications, but remember, once you do, you will not hear about any of our great attendee discounts.

No Drama Media reserves the right to use photographs of any attendee in promotional materials.
No Drama Media assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor the safety of any Search Marketing Expo participant while travelling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
