If you are not satisfied with any of the events that you have attended, we’ll give you a credit towards a future No Drama Media event of equal or lesser value.
Just tell us in writing how to improve the event you attended in 500 words or more and e-mail your comments to registrations at nodramamedia (dot) com (dot) au
“No-shows” are not eligible for the guarantee.
This offer does not apply to any technical issues that may arise during the events that you have attended, schedule or presenter changes.
