She is co-founder and operational manager of White Light Digital Marketing. WLDM specializes in increasing traffic, revenue and conversation rates for clients around the world.

Viola is known for public speaking on SEO, distributed teams and lean entrepreneurship. In 2017 she gave more than 30+ practical workshops. She is also the co-founder of DMSS - Digital Marketing Skill Share, a yearly international digital marketing conference located in Bali.
