COVID has changed buyer behaviour at a fundamental level, and Local SEO has never been so important. I’ll walk through recent updates to Local SEO and GMB (specifically pointing out covid-related updates) and explain how marketing needs to adjust to post-COVID buyer behaviour and expectations.

Most time will be spent on GMB, since that’s a potential customer’s first impression in searches and what’s most important to optimize post-COVID to grab as much business as possible.
