Amye Saunders is the co-founder and Director at AMIRE Strategic Digital Marketing. AMIRE specialise in providing Search Engine Marketing services including SEO and Paid Search for some of Australia’s largest brands including Telstra. Previous to AMIRE Amye was the SEO Director at Salmat Digital with an extensive background in data and communication stemming from a five-year assignment as a Data Processing Technician in the United States Navy. After a number of years at university and immigration to Australia, Amye solidified herself a strong contributor to the SEO industry.
After running her own boutique web development and marketing business Amye started at Outrider (formerly 24/ Real Media) building one of the largest teams in the country, responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of SEO initiatives for key accounts in Australia, Asia, North America and Europe for a range of companies and verticals.
Amye has strong experience in integrating strategies such as PPC, social, local, product and mobile search and how they complement SEO campaigns. She is also a regular speaker at industry conferences such as Search Engine Bootcamp, Search Marketing Summit (previously known as SMX Sydney), CeBit and adTech. Amye is also a lecturer on Search Marketing at the UTS Digital Marketing course.
